Over a period of six years, five brochures on inheritance tax documented the long-term process leading to a comprehensive reform. They analyzed the technical details of the legislation and, subsequently, of the administrative decrees, guidelines, and official notes; highlighted the political challenges during the legislative process; illustrated the crucial involvement of the federal states; and demonstrated the necessity of continuous expert support throughout the process by an advisor such as FinTax.
